I have been a self-employed fitness trainer since 2010 and, in addition to personal training, I also give courses in Aerial Hoop, Zumba, Yoga and High Intensity Training. I also dance Dancehall & Twerk and give workshops here.
I love versatility, in training while eating and also in life. I always try to incorporate this into my classes as well.
Since 2016 I am a licensed yoga teacher, my yoga style is a mixture of Asthanga and YinYoga.
In 2015 I started with pole dancing, and then soon with aerial hoop.
I have been teaching Aerial Hoop for 3 years.
