Sandra Manjari is a certified multi-style Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), Relaxation- and Breathwalk-Trainer and completed her Yoga Teachertraining at the Trimurti Yoga School in Dharamsala, India. She discovered yoga 18 years ago and since then it has been a major part of her life as an independent Yoga Teacher. With her calming charisma and her holistic, creative-intuitive Yoga-Classes, she accompanies you in your Yogapractice with a lot of warmth. Her Yoga-Classes are versatile and creative, undogmatic and spiritual, energetic and touching. In her Yoga-classes, she combines traditional Hatha yoga with elements of yoga according to B.K.S. Iyengar, and centring elements such as chanting the “OM”, breathing exercises and relaxation sessions are essential components of the lessons.
